3 Description

The TLV707 series(TLV707 and TLV707P)of low-dropout linear regulators(LDOs)areow guiescentCurrent devices with excellent line and load transientperformance for power-sensitive applications. Thesedevices provide atypicalaccuracy of0.5%.Alversions have thermalshutdown and overcurrentprotection for safety.

Furthermore,these devices are stable withaneffective output capacitance of only 0.1 uF. Thisfeature enables the use of cost-effective capacitorsthat have higher bias voltages and temperaturederating.These devices also regulate to the specifiedaccuracy with no output load.

The TLV707P also provides an active pulldown circuitto quickly discharge the outputs.

The TLV707 series of LDOs are available in a 1-mmx1-mm DQN(X2SON)packagethat makes themdesirable for handheld applications.
